Scunci International, formerly L&N Sales and Marketing, Inc. is the company that brings Scunci to the world. L&N launched in 1980 as one of the first marketers of novelty products to retailers.

In 1992, the company withdrew from the novelty business to focus on bringing innovative and fashionable hair accessories to drug stores, mass retailers, and grocery chains across America. L&N grew quickly on the success of its patented Original Scrunchie™ and other fashion hair accessories. With the introduction of brushes and grooming items in 1998, Scunci became a "full-line" brand able to satisfy all of a woman's hair accessory needs.

Today, Scunci International is the leading full-line manufacturer and marketer of hair accessories, brushes and grooming products in North America. scunci products are now sold in the United States, Canada, Mexico and now Australia.

Recently Scunci was acquired by CONAIR Corporation, the world leader in personal hair care appliances and accessories.  The support of such a large company has now ensured the continued growth and success of the Scunci brand both in the USA and here in Australia.
